Job summary

AQUALIS is seeking an Internal Rehab Services Manager in Alexandria, IN to lead stormwater and related infrastructure repairs in the field. You will supervise subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate documentation and reporting to keep projects on track.

This role involves travel 3–5 days per week, lifting, and operating DOT-regulated equipment; CDL is preferred. The position is full-time with benefits including health care, 401(k) matching, and vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel 3–5 days per week to job sites.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and compliance is required.
• Experience with stormwater management systems or related infrastructure preferred.
• Background in concrete, excavation, restorations is beneficial for field work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure subcontractor work meets highest industry standards.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and use proper PPE.
• Update CRM and maintain project statuses with documentation.
• Prepare written reports with photos and summaries of services.
• Coordinate repairs and subcontractor services as needed.
• Escalate problems using the proper chain of command.
• Company pays for overnight travel (3–5 days) during the week.

Where do YOU fit in?

The Internal Rehab Services Manager will repair stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM). This work can be physically demanding but above all else, it's extremely rewarding! Your success will directly impact the environment & quality of water in your community!

Specific duties:

• Ensure all subcontractor work is being completed correctly and to the highest industry standard.
• Ensure all safety equipment and procedures are followed according to OSHA's standards.
• Update CRM system with relevant project information and maintain project statuses.
• Prepare written reports with photo documentation and summary depicting the completed services.
• Facility and coordinate repairs and subcontractor services as needed
• Follows through on problems that may compromise effective job performance by using appropriate chain of command.
• Company paid overnight travel (e.g. food per diem, lodging) (3-5 days) during the week

Requirements:

• Ability to travel during the work week (3-5 days per week)
• CDL preferred
• A background screening, driving record review, pre-employment drug screen, and DOT Physical are part of the pre-employment process; maintaining insurable status under the company's auto policy & DOT Health Card are an ongoing requirements of this position.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work in varieties of weather
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Related experience / work in concrete, excavation, restorations, stormwater management
• This position is designated as safety-sensitive and involves operating DOT-regulated vehicles, which requires inclusion of marijuana in the drug testing program.
