Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement stormwater and sanitary sewer systems including MS4 permit.
• Provide planning, administration and supervision for operation and maintenance.
• Oversee contract administration and management for consulting services.
• Assist in plans, specifications and designs related to stormwater and sewer infrastructure.
• Develop budgets and administer department operating and capital budgets.
• Investigate complaints and prepare technical reports and data analyses.
• Oversee MS4 permit compliance, training and public outreach materials.
• Lead staff and preventive maintenance plans; contribute to stormwater utility development.
