Job summary

ST MARYS COUNTY GOVERNMENT is seeking a Program Manager to plan and implement MS4 permit program efforts and coordinate capital projects like stormwater management and coastal resilience. You will monitor design/construction progress, manage budgets, and support regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in MS4 programs or civil infrastructure projects preferred.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between County personnel and contractors or consultants.
• Oversee design and construction of moderately complex capital projects.
• Assist with reporting documents and MS4 regulatory compliance data.
• Evaluate citizen inquiries and provide status reports.
• Maintain GIS data for County assets and MS4 infrastructure.
