Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering mandatory.
• Hands-on mindset with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office required, plus excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to engineering design projects from ideation to production.
• Develop 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and cost estimates.
• Perform feasibility assessments, prototyping, testing, and design for manufacturability as part of New Product Development (NPD).
• Collaborate across teams to optimize product performance and profitability.
• Build and test working prototypes, perform technical calculations, and collect data for analysis.
• Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies in stormwater and adjacent markets.
• Support intellectual property management and patent research.
• Travel occasionally (up to 10%) for testing, field visits, or vendor collaboration.
