Apex Companies is seeking a Landscape Foreman (Stormwater) in Austell, GA to lead a small crew on stormwater infrastructure projects. The role offers full-time hours, $22.00-$24.00 per hour, and travel opportunities within the region.

You will manage scheduling, safety, and field reporting while maintaining client properties and equipment. A background in outdoor work and valid CDL considerations apply.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience with manual labor, outdoor experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally; 15 days of travel typical (M-F).
• DOT interstate requirements: must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Candidates must pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure.
• Lead a crew of 2-4 crew members, communicating and enforcing safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and light construction on client properties.
• Operate landscaping equipment and maintain equipment trailer.
• Prepare reports and document work in Apex proprietary systems.
• Travel from shop to client sites locally and regionally; 15 days of travel typical.
