Job summary

Apex is hiring a Landscape Foreman (Stormwater) in Houston, TX. Compensation is $22.00–$24.00 per hour, full-time with 40–55 hours weekly and travel typical 10 days per month. The role supports stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties, with opportunities for growth and development.

You will lead a crew, supervise maintenance and construction tasks, and ensure safety while delivering quality service. A DOT age minimum of 21 and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience with manual labor or outdoor work.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (typical travel 10 days/month).
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping and maintenance for stormwater infrastructure.
• Lead a crew of 2-4 workers and enforce safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and light construction.
• Operate landscaping equipment and maintain the equipment trailer.
• Prepare field reports and document work using company systems.
• Travel from shop to client sites locally/regionally; ~10 days travel.
