The role requires 2-4+ years of outdoor labor experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background and MVR checks. COMPENSATION ranges from $22 to $24 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in manual outdoor work.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally. 15 days travel typical.
• Must be 21+ years old due to DOT interstate rules.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure.
• Lead a crew of 2-4 members and enforce safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and general grounds maintenance.
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment and manage equipment trailer.
• Prepare reports and document work in the field using company systems.
• Travel from shop to client sites locally and regionally; ~15 days per month.
