Job summary

Apex Companies is seeking a Commercial Stormwater Compliance Foreman to join our Hazelwood, MO team. This role directs landscaping operations for stormwater infrastructure, leads a small crew, and performs maintenance tasks at client sites across local and regional areas.

Expect 40-55 hours per week with travel 10-15 days monthly. Compensation is $22.00-$24.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Overtime opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of manual labor experience.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials preferred (not required).
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (10-15 days per month).
• Must meet minimum age 21 years due to DOT interstate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure.
• Lead a crew of 2-4 members and enforce safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and light construction at client properties.
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment and maintain the equipment trailer.
• Prepare reports and document work in the field.
• Travel from shop location to client sites locally and regionally; 10-15 travel days per month.
