The role features a pay range of 22.00–24.00 USD per hour, full-time hours, and regular local/regional travel with lodging per diem on travel days.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience with manual labor; outdoor experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (typical 8 days/ month).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required.
• Candidates must pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping and routine maintenance of stormwater infrastructure.
• Lead a crew of 2-4 members and enforce safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, light construction and repairs for client properties.
• Operate landscaping equipment and maintain the trailer.
• Prepare reports in field using Apex systems.
• Travel from shop to client sites locally and regionally (8 days typical).
