Apex is hiring a Landscape Foreman (Stormwater) in Lansing, MI to lead maintenance of stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, can manage a 2-4 person crew, and is willing to travel locally.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of outdoor/manual labor experience
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials preferred
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally; travel 8 days per month typical

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure
• Lead a crew of 2-4 crew members and enforce safety regulations
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and light construction for client properties
• Operate landscaping equipment and maintain the equipment trailer
• Prepare reports and document work in Apex systems
• Travel from shop location to client sites locally and regionally (8 days of travel typical)
