Qualifications

• 2+ years of outdoor/manual labor experience preferred.
• Able to operate landscaping equipment and perform light maintenance.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (8 days/month).
• Must be at least 21 years old due to DOT requirements.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Pre-employment background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscape maintenance and stormwater assets.
• Lead a 2–4 person crew and enforce safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, trimming, debris removal, and light construction work.
• Operate landscaping equipment and manage equipment trailer.
• Document work in field reports using Apex systems.
• Travel from shop to client sites locally/regionally; ~8 travel days/month.
