Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of the ninth grade or equivalent.
• 6 months laborer, groundskeeping, or field trades related work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with labor tasks such as ditch cleaning and stormwater pipe work.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain stormwater infrastructure and structures.
• Operate light construction equipment and pumps; perform setup and simple maintenance of tools.
• Maintain traffic control around construction zones and assist with recordkeeping.
• Respond to emergencies and work standby shifts as needed.
