You will collaborate with Client Service Managers to convert opportunities into awarded work through clear scopes, pricing, and compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating or sales experience in stormwater, landscaping, environmental services, or related field.
• Ability to read and comprehend stormwater plans, as-builts, inspections.
• Experience preparing estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Client Service Managers to prioritize and respond to repair opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates accounting for labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and risk.
• Prepare estimates for stormwater repair/restoration projects and produce professional proposal packages.
• Review plans and site data to define project scope before bid submission.
• Maintain estimating records and track proposal outcomes to improve accuracy.
