Job summary

ILM Environments is seeking a Technical Project Specialist to partner with Client Service Managers to develop accurate estimates for corrective repair and improvement projects in the Midwest. You will deliver cost estimates, define scopes, and prepare professional proposal packages to help win work.

You will review plans, perform site visits, and collaborate with Operations and Sales Leadership to ensure estimates reflect current production methods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating or sales in stormwater or related field.
• Ability to read stormwater plans and as-builts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; field readiness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Service Managers to prioritize opportunities and respond to repair needs.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Prepare proposals with detailed scope narratives, pricing, assumptions, and supporting docs.
• Review plans and documents to accurately define project scope prior to bid.
• Maintain estimating records in Aspire and track proposal outcomes.
