Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff; conducts performance appraisals.
• Coordinates daily work activities; assigns tasks and monitors progress.
• Interprets and ensures compliance with construction plans/specifications and codes; resolves deviations.
• Oversees plan reviews and inspections of road construction and water/sewer systems.
• Maintains records, prepares reports and manages documentation.
