Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering (required).
- PE licensure in Alabama or ability to obtain within 4 months of hire.
- 4–10+ years of stormwater/river engineering experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for stormwater services across projects.
- Mentor staff and develop discipline capabilities within the team.
- Grow the discipline at Waggoner through client engagement and BD support.
- Coordinate scope, budget, and schedule with project managers and CAMs.
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across projects.
