Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support hydrologic and hydraulic studies for drainage, bridges, and SCMs.
  • Perform advanced H&H modeling and risk analyses for projects.
  • Design and deliver stormwater retrofit opportunities and oversee SCMs.
  • Manage stormwater compliance programs and update technical tools.
  • Support emergency storm response, recovery planning, and field scoping.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to staff and partners.
