Job summary

Keystone Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Stormwater Engineer in Allentown to lead stormwater management and land development projects. You will develop plans, perform analyses, and coordinate with municipalities and agencies to ensure compliance with NPDES requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with experienced engineers, attention to detail, and delivering practical, technically sound solutions for community-scale projects. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from ABET-accredited program.
• Five+ years of civil engineering, stormwater, drainage or water resources experience.
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop stormwater management solutions for land development, municipal, and public improvement projects.
• Prepare Act 167 Stormwater Management Plans and hydraulic calculations.
• Develop PCSM plans and supporting documentation for NPDES permit applications.
• Prepare erosion and sediment control plans, narratives, calculations and permit submissions.
• Perform drainage and floodplain analyses using HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, SWMM or similar software.
• Coordinate with municipalities, counties and regulatory agencies on submissions and permits.
• Attend client and agency meetings with project managers and senior engineers.
