Job summary

Lowe Engineers, now part of MacKay, seeks a Civil Engineer – Stormwater to join our Atlanta, GA team. The role focuses on design and inspection of stormwater projects, with opportunities to supervise construction and coordinate with city residents and staff.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a related field and 4–8 years of experience, with EIT preferred. The position is full-time and on-site, with travel to nearby municipalities as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Engineering Technology or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in construction, surveying, design, inspection, or estimating.
• EIT preferred; stormwater inspection and construction oversight experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional and technical civil engineering work in design, construction, and maintenance of public works facilities.
• Supervise and inspect minor construction and maintenance on roadways, storm drains, sidewalks, or other public works projects.
• Prepare design documentation, easement/right-of-way exhibits, and technical reports.
