Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.

• Develop construction plans for repairs and improvements in line with standards.
• Coordinate utility conflicts with local utilities.
• Interact with the public and property owners representing the city.
• Prepare and contribute to technical reports and construction cost estimates.
