Utility Construction Foreman (Stormwater)

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-Time, 40-55 hours per week

Regional Travel: Required, typically 85% or more through company vehicle. We provide $68 per diem on out-of-town travel days.

What You'll Do

• Construct and repair critical stormwater infrastructure: work on essential underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins across the central states to ensure communities are safe and resilient.
• Operate advanced construction equipment: utilize hand‑held, power tools and heavy machinery such as skid loaders, excavators, and dozers to showcase technical expertise.
• Travel and explore: embrace the opportunity to travel during the week, exploring new locations while making a significant impact on projects.
• Contribute to project success: document field observations to aid in project success and drive continuous improvement.
• Prioritize safety: uphold the highest safety standards on every project, safeguarding yourself and your team at all times.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of underground wet utility construction experience.
• Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid loaders and mini‑excavators.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and staff.
• Frequent out‑of‑town regional travel (85% or more required).
• Pass a pre‑employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Able to perform manual labor, lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and under inclement weather conditions.
