Job summary

Ridge Valley Exteriors is a national roofing contractor based in Florida seeking an outside sales professional in the Orlando area to support storm restoration efforts, help homeowners assess damage, and move projects forward. You will meet homeowners after storms, inspect properties, present proposals, and generate new business through outreach and referrals.

This is a full-time W-2 role with commission potential and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience selling storm restoration, roofing, or related exterior projects.
• Confidence building trust with homeowners during a stressful time.
• Familiarity with storm damage documentation and insurance-related projects.
• Strong prospecting, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Willingness to work throughout the surrounding market.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners after storms to discuss roofing and exterior damage
• Inspect properties, document findings, and explain recommended next steps
• Help customers understand Ridge Valley’s restoration process
• Generate new business through outreach, referrals, and follow-up
• Present proposals and close roofing and exterior projects
• Keep accurate notes and communicate with the production team through completion
