In this consultative role, you will work directly with homeowners to assess potential storm damage and guide them through the roof restoration and insurance claims process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and inspect residential properties for potential storm-related roof damage
• Conduct professional damage assessments and clearly present findings to homeowners
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process, timelines, and available funding options
• Negotiate and secure service agreements for roofing and restoration services
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to support homeowners throughout the claims process
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities and meet established sales performance goals

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous sales, customer service, or consultative experience is preferred
• Experience in lead generation, canvassing, or similar customer outreach activities
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle transportation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection (training provided)
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Growth

• Paid training + uncapped incentive-based earnings after training
• Typical first-year earnings: $63K-$120K
