Job summary

Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company that handles roofing, siding, and gutters across 14 locations. Our sales reps navigate homeowners through the insurance process and restoration, delivering trustworthy guidance in the field.

As a 1099 contractor, you’ll be in neighborhoods, meet homeowners, inspect damage, and educate them on options, while building lasting relationships and managing the claim process to project completion.

Qualifications

• You don't need prior experience; you must be willing to learn and apply feedback.
• Comfortable with people; strong conversational skills.
• Self-directed; no daily manager.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Physically able to work in the field (outdoors, rooftops).
• Sales experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services
• Meet homeowners, inspect damage, and earn a second conversation
• Educate homeowners on options and assist with insurance claims
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with production through project completion
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development
