Cogent Talent Solutions is seeking a Yard Manager to oversee the overall management, maintenance, and readiness of all facilities, including headquarters and remote yards. You will ensure safe, compliant operations and optimize resources to support rapid storm restoration and outages responses.

The role requires leadership, strong building systems knowledge, and experience managing multiple locations in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, construction management, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of facilities management experience in construction, utilities, or industrial settings.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations or regional operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, emergency-response environments.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.

• Overseeing daily operations related to fleet, facilities and asset management.
• Resource management and optimization across departments.
• Developing and implementing operational policies to boost efficiency.
• Monitoring KPIs, analyzing data and driving process improvements.
• Lead and supervise teams, including performance management.
