Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of facilities management experience in utilities or industrial settings, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and FM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in FM, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in facilities management, preferably in construction/utilities/industrial environments.
• Experience managing multiple locations or regional operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.

Responsibilities
