Qualifications

• 3–7+ years selling roofing/insurance restoration in hail/wind markets.

Responsibilities

• Sell + produce $2.5M in year 1 with 40% GP.
• Generate 200 qualified leads and conduct 20 estimates per month.
• Understand the insurance process from start to finish and tools required for success.
• Ensure jobs are performed on time and on budget with no callbacks.
• Deliver monthly revenue & margin forecasts and lead pipeline reviews.
• Secure referrals and 50 five-star reviews.
