City of Amarillo is seeking a Utility Worker to inspect, clean, and perform maintenance on the city’s storm water drainage system. The role requires working under general supervision and is weather essential.

You will perform general construction tasks within the storm water system, enter confined spaces when needed, and comply with safety and traffic control rules. The position also involves routine manual labor and adherence to job reports and inspections.

Competenze

• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate storm sewer cleaning/maintenance equipment and light/medium trucks.

• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of storm sewer drainage systems.
