Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated sales individuals to join our team in Richmond, VA. No roofing sales experience required—we train you and provide a proven system to help homeowners recover after storms by identifying roof damage and guiding them through restoration.

This is a non-installation role supported by paid training and uncapped commissions. In this position, you’ll inspect roofs, document damage, generate leads, and assist homeowners with insurance claims.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Coachable and motivated to learn.

Note: This is not a roofing installation position. Our production team handles all roof installations.
