Fossil is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a store team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives results.

You will act as a role model on the sales floor, coaching team members, delivering training, and ensuring Fossil’s brand standards and daily operations are consistently met. When the Store Manager is unavailable, you step in to lead and foster accountability, teamwork, and a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
• Previous leadership experience preferred (keyholder, supervisor, or similar).
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping people succeed.
• High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
