Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Muskogee, OK facility is seeking a Storeroom Technician to join our team. The shift is four 10-hour days, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with potential weekends and overtime.

The starting pay for the role is $19.00 per hour. You will issue parts to internal customers, travel from the storeroom to other mill areas, manage inventory through cycle counting, operate a forklift, process returns, and follow safety, purchasing and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in manufacturing, stores or inventory management, military operations, or parts warehouse.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Experience with inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Issue parts and supplies to internal customers.
• Travel from the storeroom to other parts of the mill to fill and deliver orders.
• Manage store inventories through cycle counting.
• Operate forklift and carts.
• Process returned items and enter them into inventory.
• Comply with safety, purchasing, finance and environmental policies.
