Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial operations or maintenance.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• HS diploma or GED; proficient with computers/tablets.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specifications.
• Monitor and/or input data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to maintain production targets.
• Perform basic asset care, preventive maintenance, and area cleaning.
• Work as a team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Read and follow written instructions; adapt to priorities.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance; work up to 12 hours per day.
