Qualifications

• Three years or more in an industrial operation or maintenance environment or an associate degree or a technical certification.
• Ability to perform math operations and read a tape measure.
• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product targets.
• Monitor and enter data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Perform basic asset care and routine cleaning.
• Work as a team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Read and follow written instructions.
• Communicate effectively within the team.
