INEOS Phenol is seeking a Storeroom Supervisor in Mobile, AL. The role provides direct supervision of storeroom, inventory, and purchasing of maintenance materials to support plant maintenance and capital projects. You will lead a team, optimize inventory and ensure safe, compliant operations across the site.

The role requires strong communication, SAP experience, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools. A SHE culture, cost control, and vendor coordination are key aspects of the position.

Formación

• High School level education or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in industrial material procurement/distribution.
• Three years with computerized Storeroom inventory software, preferably SAP; or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Storeroom operations including receiving, issuing, cycle counting, BOM updates and housekeeping.
• Purchase material for Maintenance Department for maintenance activities and capital projects.
• Manage Storeroom inventory to keep cost at or below $5.0 million and ensure service levels.
• Communicate with vendors, internal customers and external organizations for parts and services.
• Support SDS library and collaborate with ESH department as needed.
