Responsibilities

• Receiving, storage and inventory of all departmental supplies and food stuffs.
• Maintain sanitation in storage areas.
• Inventory and maintains necessary food and other supplies for efficient operation.
• Store food and supplies in correct containers and proper storage areas.
• Maintain records and logs documenting storage temperatures of perishable items.
• Rotate stock and date labels.
