Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and storeroom operations.
• Familiarity with FIFO and proper food storage practices.
• Ability to obtain a Massport badge.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and inventory departmental supplies and food.
• Maintain storage sanitation and proper labeling and dating.
• Record temperatures of perishable items per standards.
• Rotate stock using oldest product first.
• Place orders based on specifications and protocols.
• Secure areas against theft and follow safety procedures.
• Transport supplies in appropriate containers for safe arrival.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for receiving and distribution.
• Prepare and submit reports per corporate policies.
• Handle cleaning chemicals per MSDS and operate safety equipment.
