Job summary

Restaurant Associates is seeking a full-time Storeroom Attendant in Ann Arbor, MI. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and inventorying supplies, maintaining sanitary storage areas, and following HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and inventory departmental supplies and food stuffs.
• Maintain sanitation in storage areas.
• Inventories and ensures supplies meet operational needs.
• Store food and supplies in proper containers and storage areas per guidelines.
• Maintain records of storage temperatures for perishable items.
• Rotate stock using oldest product first policy.
• Order food and supplies per company protocols.
• Safeguard storeroom areas and equipment; follow security procedures.
