Qualifications

• Previous storeroom attendant experience is required.
• Driving experience is required.
• Full-time schedule with varying days and hours.
• Ability to work in a food-service storage environment.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and stock supplies for the Food Service Department.
• Store foods and supplies in proper containers and locations to prevent spoilage.
• Maintain records of storage temperatures for perishable items.
• Date, label and rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Order foods and supplies per company procedures.
• Secure storeroom areas and follow security procedures.
• Transport supplies to where they are needed, ensuring safe arrival.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for receiving and distributing food items.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by policies.
