• Prior inventory, warehouse, or storeroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and inventory all departmental supplies and food stuffs.
• Maintain sanitation in storage areas and keep records of storage temperatures for perishable items.
• Date, label, and rotate stock to ensure first‑in, first‑out usage.
• Assist with ordering food and supplies per company protocols.
• Ensure security of storeroom and follow HACCP guidelines when handling food supplies.
