Responsibilities

• Receives and inventories departmental supplies and food items.
• Stores items in correct containers and storage areas per guidelines.
• Maintains records of storage temperatures for perishable items.
• Dates, labels and rotates stock per first‑used rule.
• Places orders for food and supplies per company protocols.
• Secures storage areas and follows safety procedures.
• Transports items to ensure safe arrival and integrity.
• Follows HACCP guidelines in receiving and distribution.
