Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation in Columbia, PA is seeking a Storeroom Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory of repair parts, tooling, and supplies within a safe manufacturing environment. You will perform daily cycle counts, process receipts and returns, and operate forklifts to support storeroom operations.

This full-time role reports to Brittany Kolb and requires experience with inventory systems (M3 or similar) and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous storeroom/warehouse/inventory control experience.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Experience with M3 or other ERP/inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn M3 and other systems.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, inventory reports, and shipping documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Commitment to safe work practices and dependable attendance.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, stock, and issue repair parts, tooling, and supplies.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within the M3 system.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and support physical inventory activities.
• Process approved inventory adjustments and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare vendor returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Process and verify receipts against packing slips, purchase orders, and system records.
• Work with Purchasing to resolve receiving discrepancies, quantity variances, and inventory-related issues.
• Review and correct inventory and receiving transactions as needed to maintain system accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining proper stock levels and organization of storeroom inventory.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in support of storeroom operations.
• Operate truck scale and maintain required records and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
