Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation in Columbia, PA is seeking a Storeroom Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate repair parts, tooling, and supplies within a safe manufacturing environment.

You will handle receiving, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and help with vendor returns while using M3 ERP and operating forklifts. This full-time role offers onsite work and benefits after day 90.

Qualifications

• Previous storeroom or warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems (M3) preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory.
• Ability to read purchase orders and packing slips.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, stock, and issue repair parts, tooling, and supplies.
• Perform inventory transactions and daily cycle counts.
• Process inventory adjustments and maintain accuracy.
• Prepare vendor returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Verify receipts against packing slips, POs, and system records.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to resolve discrepancies and variances.
• Maintain proper stock levels and organized storeroom.
