Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking an on-site warehouse laborer in Chattanooga to support receiving, stocking, issuing, and inventory control. You will locate and deliver stock, verify items, and use ERP systems to track inventory while maintaining strong customer service with clients.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to safety procedures, and timely processing of orders, returns, and material movements. Monday–Friday shift with 7:30am–4:00pm start times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and literacy – Windows, MS Office, inventory systems.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in part identification.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow all site safety and security procedures and perform tasks safely.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers and report concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and SOPs.
• Unpack received material, verify against packing slip/PO, and enter receiving/inventory data.
• Issue materials to client; pull, stage, and kit as needed.
• Store received material in proper locations; tag, repack, deliver, and handle special tasks.
• Process returns for unused material per SOP.
• Prepare material for return to vendor and parts for repair per SOPs.
• Perform cycle counts and report stock discrepancies to management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by counts and locations; update ERP barcodes/relocations.
• Verify on-hand quantities and identify reorder needs for items.
• Keep storeroom clean and organized to minimum standards.
• Support corporate initiatives and assist with special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
