Job summary

Innophos in Nashville seeks an experienced Storeroom Inventory Specialist to own the MRO inventory process, ensuring materials and tools are stocked and ready for maintenance teams. You’ll monitor levels, coordinate purchasing, and lead internal and external audits while maintaining regulatory compliance and a safe storage environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Management, or related field preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, three or more years of increasingly responsible warehouse or inventory management experience.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control of stock using JD Edwards/E-1; evaluate and monitor inventory; identify issues and make recommendations.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and maintaining materials.
• Oversee supplies and supplier services; apply ATP concepts and integrate material for auto-generation.
• Manage and follow MRO process as company policy and procedures.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, orderly, and secure; maintain storage area security.
