Job summary

Colonial Williamsburg is seeking a storeroom/warehouse assistant to ensure the orderly flow of supplies for the restaurant and conference center in Williamsburg, VA. Qualifications

• Good knowledge of computer use.

• High School diploma or GED; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain orderly flow of supplies to ensure items are on hand.
• Receive and store all food, supplies and equipment; manage inventory and security.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and order goods based on department needs.
• Keep shelves clean and comply with sanitation guidelines.
• Store areas and inventory kept neat and orderly; issue items to authorized personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
