Qualifications

• Prior food service and pantry/freezer storeroom experience required.
• Ability to handle inventory and storage duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate should have a valid driver's license if transporting supplies is needed.

Responsibilities

• Inventories and maintains necessary food and supplies for the Food Service Department.
• Stores food and supplies in correct containers and proper storage areas.
• Maintains records of storage temperatures for perishable items.
• Dates, labels, and rotates stock per oldest-first procedures.
• Orders food and supplies according to company protocols.
• Secures designated areas to prevent theft and follows safety procedures.
• Transports food and supplies to ensure safe arrival.
• Follows HACCP guidelines in receiving and distributing supplies.
• Completes daily, weekly or monthly reports on time.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
