Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and inventory all departmental supplies and food stuffs.
• Maintain sanitation in storage areas and proper storage temperatures.
• Dates, labels, and rotates stock according to FIFO procedures.
• Order food and supplies per company protocols.
• Secure designated areas to prevent theft and follow storeroom security procedures.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for receiving and distributing food supplies.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined by corporate policies.
