Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a full-time Catering Attendant at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital in Lake Forest, IL. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with occasional nights and weekends.

Ideal candidates have prior light food prep and catering experience and must be able to deliver friendly, accurate service for events. Responsibilities include assembling and delivering food and supplies, setting up buffet tables, maintaining

• Previous light food prep and catering experience.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Arranges buffet tables with food, beverages and service items according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Thoroughly cleans location after event is completed.
• Distributes and collects customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Maintains catering facility and equipment.
• Maintains safe, friendly service at all times.
