85°C Bakery Cafe in Prosper, TX is hiring a Storefront Associate. The role emphasizes delivering friendly customer service, assisting with product selection, and operating the POS system to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities include preparing coffee and beverages, merchandising bread, maintaining a clean work environment, and working with store leadership. Candidates should be able to work 20+ hours weekly, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greet guests and assist with product selection.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Assist with bread merchandising and product presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and store leadership.
• Follow all company policies and health department regulations.
• Cross-train in multiple areas including: Cashier (POS), Bar, Bread, Cake.
• Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
