Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a data-driven professional to support StoreCare analytics, reporting, automation, and asset intelligence initiatives. You will leverage data and technology to improve asset reliability, operational efficiency, and maintenance program performance across the store portfolio.

You will collaborate with Asset Management, Facilities, Technology, Finance, and Operations to develop actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making through predictive analytics and performance

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and with strategic business partners in a matrix organization.
• Experience responding to inquiries and/or complaints.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Willing to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Responsibilities

• Implements store care programs aligned with company strategies, budgets, and expectations with key stakeholders.
• Oversees daily delivery of store care programs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinates among Asset Management team members to deliver store care programs.
• Creates value through oversight of store care programs and continuous improvement.
• Develops program budgets and adheres to annual expense controls for store care programs.
• Develops and mentors staff through onboarding, training and performance management.
